Pharmacy Informatics Residencies

A residency in pharmacy informatics is suggested for any individuals wishing to pursue a career in this area. A residency program is designed to expand the pharmacist's basic knowledge of systems and expose the person to new areas of learning. Informatics residency programs include projects involving knowledge transfer, data warehousing and data mining, and the use of information science in patient care.
